Some customers have small parts and only do small quantities of parts, but because of the lead times, shipping costs or quality issues, they consider buying a small anodizing system to do their work. We can also provide these small anodizing systems if those are right for your needs.
Medical Anodizing Small Console
Most of our customers need some form of approval, such as NADCAP, plus they may need to pull permits with their local building and fire departments, plus they need to be sure they are in compliance with OSHA. Small tanks on tables, especially with a “typical” anodizing process with a 200 degree seal and a sodium hydroxide-based cleaner or etch would not easily meet all these needs.
